If you are managing a commercial property, I know that maintaining the grounds and hard areas is just as important as maintaining the interior. 

It is all about the first impression that potential clients, customers or external inspections get when they visit your property is key, if they get a poor impression on their arrival it is not easy to win them back from that. 

This is why it’s important to keep your grounds looking neat and tidy all year round, every season brings it different tasks in maintain the grounds, so I offer the following commercial services:

•     Keeping paths clear of weeds and moss.

•     Grass Cutting including strimming around trees, buildings, signs etc

•     Winter leaf clearance, clearing footpaths and car park areas.

•     Care of planted beds and borders and hard landscaped areas which includes weeding or topping up stone and/or bark.

•     Pruning shrubs and bushes, reduction to overgrown plants, including tree care.

•     All green waste arising for my work will be taken away.
